A signed data processing addendum and verified processing schedule are required before submitting personal or regulated data.

Aynigma has not published a counsel-approved DPA or a complete, verified processing schedule in this release. This page is a status notice, not a DPA, privacy promise, or agreement between a controller and processor.
Processing details require confirmation
- Controller/processor roles and documented processing instructions
- Data categories, purposes, retention, and deletion timelines
- Subprocessor identities, processing locations, and transfer safeguards
- Security measures, incident notices, audit rights, and assistance obligations
- Applicable jurisdiction-specific terms and transfer clauses
Do not send regulated data yet
Until the applicable agreement and data-handling schedule are provided and signed, do not submit personal data, protected health information, payment-card data, secrets, or other regulated or confidential content to the hosted service. Zero-retention settings do not replace contractual data-protection terms.

Ask us for current data-handling terms before integrating personal or regulated data. Do not include that data in the request.
