This page is an interim disclosure, not a signed data processing agreement or legal advice. The current subprocessor list, complete retention schedule, and final terms still require owner and counsel review. Do not submit sensitive or regulated data until those terms are confirmed.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, company, and role when you request a demo, contact us, or create an account. We also collect technical data automatically, including device information, IP address, browser type, and usage patterns when you interact with our website and platform.

Production connections use HTTPS, access is scoped by role and tenant, and selected stored secrets such as project provider credentials are encrypted at rest. These controls do not mean that all data is encrypted at rest or that Aynigma is SOC 2 certified; Aynigma does not currently hold a SOC 2 certification or offer a HIPAA business associate agreement.

Aynigma uses hosting and service providers to operate the service. A complete, verified public subprocessor list and data processing addendum are not currently available; request current vendor and data-handling details before sharing regulated data.
